Remember the quote above from my December 2019 newsletter? If you do, wowee! If, like me, you don't, that's fine. We can use a reminder that peace is always within reach. Just stop, take a moment and breathe:
- Close your eyes
- Inhale deeply; hold your breath in for a moment
- Exhale slowly; hold your breath out for a moment
- Inhale peace, exhale calm as you feel your body/mind relax
- Repeat as much and as often as needed
