“The Population Health Research Institute (PHRI) has engaged with Mohawk College Enterprise (MCE) since 2016 to develop the leadership skills of our emerging and existing leaders. The Future Ready Leadership program has by far been the best leadership development program for our organization. In 2021, after 3 multidisciplinary cohorts (held either virtually or in-person), 60 graduates of which 20 have been promoted internally, MCE’s Future Ready Leadership program has strengthened our teams and prepared our people to move into more senior and leadership positions. We will continue to work with MCE to develop our people and grow our organization.”
