Official Notice
The Alamo Ranch Community Association Annual Meeting of the Members will be on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at Cole Elementary and live-streamed by Zoom Conference Call.

REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 5:30 PM

The Annual Meeting will be in person and live-streamed via
Zoom Conference Call.
Official notice and Absentee Ballots have been sent to all homeowners. Please take the time to review the attached information. We hope you can join us in person for food, fun, and prizes! If you are unable to attend please submit your absentee ballots for quorum and votes by the appropriate due dates listed on the forms.
Please click the link below to access the meeting notice, Absentee Ballot, agenda, and other important information. This will also be posted on the community website, www.myalamoranchcommunity.com, for your convenience.
The Association needs your Absentee Ballots for Quorum! Please take the time to complete the ballots and submit them to the Association Office. Please remember that if a quorum is not met for the Annual Meeting, it will need to be rescheduled at great expense to the Association and your HOA dollars.

Payments may be dropped off at the Association Office drop box located by the entrance door or brought into the office during business hours. Please make check or money order payable to Alamo Ranch Community Association. (CREDIT CARDS AND CASH ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT FOR YOUR DUES)

HOA Payments are due on the 1st of every quarter.

NOTE: Late fees are charged on accounts when payment is not made by the 30th of the posting month.

Avoid having your account sent to legal for collections by contacting the Community Manager at 210-740-4976 to set up a meeting to discuss a payment plan to bring your account current.
