Unlisted YouTube Video of Public Comments
at the El Dorado County Planning Commission meeting on November 14, 2019

General Manager of El Dorado Hills Community Services District (EDHCSD), Kevin Loewen was invited by Chairman Gary Miller to speak on behalf of El Dorado Hills residents at the first of four Planning Commission Meetings regarding the former Executive Golf Course. Please note, not all meetings have been scheduled at this time. EDHCSD has captioned and published the public comment portion from the first Planning Commission meeting held on November 14, 2019, so that residents not in attendance can have more insight into what their CSD has to say on their behalf, as well as know what neighbors were commenting on at the meeting. The video above is currently unlisted  on YouTube, and will be published for the public on Monday, December 2, 2019.

The El Dorado County Planning Commission will continue public comments regarding the Central El Dorado Hills Specific Plan (CEDHSP) at the next hearing, in Placerville. If you are one of the 91% of residents that voted on this we encourage you to try and join the next meeting on Thursday, December 12 at 8:30am.

Village Life reported on October 30, 2019 that District 2 Supervisor, Shiva Frentzen recently asked the Planning Commission to hold a special hearing after work hours, or at least one of the scheduled hearings in El Dorado Hills to make it easier for affected residents to attend. EDHCSD checked their website on 11/26/2019 and only one future meeting on 12/12/2019 is listed.

EDHCSD has created a webpage that includes information related to the El Dorado Hills voters' and property owners' support and priorities for preservation and/or acquisition of the "Former Executive Golf Course."
