Christmas Bird Count
Take part in one of the nation's longest-running citizen science endeavors! The National Audubon Society hosts the 119th annual Christmas Bird Count nationwide during the holiday season.

New Year's First Day Hikes
Start the New Year off with a First Day Hike. Venture out on your own or join one of the many guided hikes offered by Arizona State Parks & Trails. Their website lists 18 parks and 25 hikes to choose from. Learn More about the County's Trails

Flagstaff Snow Park is located at Fort Tuthill County Park and offers visitors a variety of tubing hills including a kiddie hill and long, fast runs. To visit Flagstaff Snow Park, you will need to purchase a day pass, which includes a snow tube rental (do not bring your own sled). Visit their website for hours and tickets. Learn more
