The EJFS wishes you all the best for the holiday season and we look forward to enjoying music together in the new year.
Thank you to those who have shown us their support this past year. Your words of encouragement, volunteering of your time and expertise, spreading the word about our events and initiatives, and your generous donations, have helped more than you know. We have the best community!

TD Edmonton International Jazz Festival
June 27 - July 3, 2022

The EJFS would like to extend a special thanks to Joel Gray for his many years of service as Director of the Jazzworks Non-Competitive Band Festival. Joel's contribution to this event far surpassed securing the right adjudicators to support the development of the participating students and connecting with band directors from across the province. He always led by example in his willingness to share his talent, expertise and enthusiasm, both on and off the stage. Although he is stepping away from this role we know it won't be the last we see of him. Whether performing with the Edmonton Jazz Orchestra or leading one of his own personal projects, we know Joel will continue to share his passion for music and performance with the community. We wish him all the best.
