That is one of my favorite quotes although I know being peaceful is easier said than done...especially during the busy holiday season. Try this simple way to tap into your inner well of calm: Stop, close your eyes; inhale slowly and deeply; hold your breath for a moment; exhale slowly, allowing your body/mind to relax. Inhale peace, exhale calm. Repeat 5 times...or as often as needed!
