Happy Holidays and Happy New Year from the HeartStrides herd!

We hope you are enjoying this holiday season with your loved ones. 2022 is only a few days away and we are taking these winter days to slow down and reflect on the past year as we are sure many of you are doing, too.

We had a very busy year and we are so grateful to be here to support the community. We hosted two cohorts of our recovery support program with participants from Family Recovery Court, four cohorts of youth in our EAYPS program, three cohorts of soldiers from JBLM in our Next Mission program, our weekend Operation THRIVE clinic, a handful of team buildings and other groups, twice weekly sessions with Pearl Street youth, and countless private sessions. Other highlights this year included starting the therapeutic flower garden (we can't wait for more beautiful blossoms this coming spring!), hosting our second annual Candlelight Walk in the Woods fundraiser in October and added some members to our herd (both horse and human!). It has been a full year of growth and learning.

We are sending wishes of joy and relaxation for the last few days of 2021!
