Old Bill Says: |
When choosing a new roof for your commercial building, think about the metal roof. According to the metal construction association, certain metal roof systems can last at least 60 years, meaning they do not need replacement during a commercial building’s service life. It is more than double than alternative roof system. A little bit more expensive in the beginning but a big saving in the end. Think about it!
