Happy Holidays!
We wish you a happy holiday season full of health, happiness and peace. Be sure to take some time out from the crazy holiday pace and spend some quality time with your family and friends. Bake some cookies, read holiday books with your children, attend a tree/menorah lighting or go for a nature walk. Just remember to take a break--and a deep breath--and relax!
To all of our providers, colleagues and families, we wish you a wonderful holiday season.
Santa Sightings and More!
For many children, a highlight of the season is a visit with Santa. We've gathered some info with dates and times that Santa will be available, including sensory-friendly Santa dates. You'll also find information on many other holiday events throughout Long Island and NYC. Have fun!

Person of the Year
Greta Thunberg, the 16 year-old from Sweden who launched a grassroots climate policy campaign, was named Time magazine's Person of the Year. Thunberg first made the news last year with her solitary strike against climate change outside Sweden's parliament. She has since inspired millions of supporters to rally around the world. In September, when asked by CBS This Morning how she found the confidence to speak so well, she replied "...I have Asperger's, I'm on the autism spectrum, so I don't really care about social codes that way."
Way to go, Greta!
