Dear Marshall High School Community,
As we approach the holiday season, the Marshall High School PTSA would like to extend our warmest wishes to you and your family. We hope this break brings time to rest, recharge, and enjoy meaningful moments together. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in the new year.
Looking ahead to 2026, we invite you to a virtual PTSA meeting featuring a guest speaker presenting.
"AI & Our Teens: What Every Parent Needs to Know."
Artificial intelligence is no longer just a homework tool—it is actively shaping teens' social lives, emotional development, and decision-making. From AI-generated "boyfriends" and "girlfriends" to chatbots designed to provide emotional support, teens are forming relationships with technology in ways many parents don't realize. This session will explore how AI can support learning when used appropriately, while also addressing the real risks around dependency, misinformation, academic integrity, and emotional well-being—and what parents can do now to stay informed and involved.
📅Wednesday, January 21
🕢 7:30 PM Via Zoom
This is a timely, eye-opening conversation—and one every parent of a teen should attend.
As we close out 2025, we invite you to consider a year-end, tax-deductible donation to the Marshall High School PTSA. As a 501(c)(3), your support directly benefits our students, staff, and school community—and every contribution truly makes a difference.
Thank you for your continued support of Marshall High School and the PTSA. Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a strong start to the new year.
Wishing you a joyful holiday season,
Julie Lubbe
Marshall High School PTSA President
