We don’t need to tell anybody in health care that 2020 has been a year unlike any other. You know it.
You’ve lived it and breathed it. You’ve struggled with it. You’ve felt it, in your ICUs, in your supply rooms, in your HR departments, and, yes, in your bottom lines.
We faced a health-care challenge unlike any other in modern memory. But as the year comes to a close, there is hope, real hope, that a sense of normalcy has a fighting chance of returning soon.
At WISHIN, we’re proud to have played a part this year in helping Wisconsin manage the COVID-19 outbreak. When the Division of Public Health (DPH) approached WISHIN for help, our participants said yes, quickly and unanimously. With their cooperation, WISHIN was able to supply timely clinical data to add context to the data DPH routinely collects.
We’re proud to have offered free access to the WISHIN Pulse Community Health Record to new participants during the height of the outbreak.
We’re proud that we set a record this year for utilization volume. The statistics tell the story -- more participants accessing more records about more patients. The value of WISHIN has never been greater.
We at WISHIN want to express our deepest gratitude to our participants – not only for being part of the WISHIN family, but for doing what you do every day to keep Wisconsin as healthy as possible, even when it’s difficult and exhausting to do so.
Happy holidays to you all, and best wishes for a healthy year in 2021.
