As I close out my two-year term as ELITE President, I want to thank the ELITE community for allowing me to serve for two years. I have made many great contacts and friends during this journey.
I appreciate you all!
I would like to recap some of the highlights of this year.

Anniversary: 2024 saw our nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization celebrate 15 years. We are so grateful to those who stand by the motto to "pay it forward".

Virtual and In-Person Meetings: We successfully balanced virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring that all members could participate and benefit from our programs. To name a few:

Golf Outing: Our golf outing saw record attendance, providing a great opportunity for networking and camaraderie among members.
Thank you to the Golf Committee to another banner year – we look forward to what is in store for 2025.

Breakfast Meetings: These intimate meetings provided our members with another avenue to connect and network with other ELITE members and a member or two on the Board. Hosted by the Engagement committee which plans on continuing these breakfasts in 2025.
I would like to thank the Board and Committee Chairs; without them we would not be able to provide all the programs without their time and commitment.
I would also like to introduce Ben Younger our incoming President for 2025. Ben has been involved with ELITE for the better part of 10 years. I want to thank him for his time as Treasurer as he put in countless hours upgrading our reporting.
As Ben vacates the Treasurer role, Craig Levy will be taking over this role. Thank you both for stepping up to assist ELITE and taking us to a new level.
