Dear Friends,
Happy Holidays from all of us at ClearWater Conservancy! Most of us are (still) home for the holidays, so we're sharing 42 ideas to make your winter break fun and memorable.
For those who'd like to connect with the outside while you're inside, look to these 30 nature-inspired activities for all ages. From bird feeders to salt dough ornaments and sediment jars, these activities are earth-friendly, educational, and most importantly, fun!
Whether inside or out, we hope you'll take some time this holiday season to reflect on and enjoy the region's natural resources that make Central Pennsylvania such a beautiful and bountiful place!
Lastly, thank you for considering a donation to ClearWater Conservancy today. Your gift of any amount will make it possible for the organization to work alongside our community and realize our 2021 goals to protect and connect the local land, water and wildlife we all depend on. When you give online, you can opt to donate once, monthly, or as a special gift to a special someone who values local land and water conservation efforts. Thank you for your support!
Happy Holidays, and thank you for all you do for conservation!
Sincerely,
Deb
Deb Nardone, Executive Director, ClearWater Conservancy

Thank you and happy retirement, Kevin!

Thank you, Kevin Abbey, for over seven years of dedication and hard work as ClearWater Conservancy's Land Conservation Manager.
Kevin's contributions to ClearWater's land conservation efforts are countless, and include the conservation, site monitoring, and/or facilitation of conservation of over 8,000 acres of land in the Central PA region. Kevin, along with the all-volunteer Land Conservation Stewardship Committee, has made a permanent and positive impact on the health of our region's natural resources and our community as a whole.
We are so grateful for your contributions! We wish you all the best as you begin your retirement, and hope this next chapter in your life offers all the time to do the things you love each and every day!
