Dear Friend and Neighbor,
Earlier this month we rejoiced with members of the Jewish community across the city, who gathered to light the candles for the eight nights holiday of
Hanukkah, celebrating the festival of lights with family and loved ones.
This week, I want to wish you and your family a very happy
Christmas, and
Kwanzaa. I hope you will be spending time with family and friends, enjoying the generous spirit of these holidays.
As we look forward to the coming year, I want to thank you for your continued support as we work to build a stronger, more welcoming community and a more resilient city for all. I continue to draw strength from the love and diversity radiating from our communities in Northern Manhattan and throughout the five boroughs of our great City of New York.

A principios de este mes celebramos con miembros de la comunidad judía de toda la ciudad, quienes se reunieron para encender las velas durante las ocho noches de festividades de Janucá, celebrarando el festival de las luces con familiares y seres queridos.
Esta semana, le deseo a usted y a su familia una muy feliz Navidad, y Kwanzaa. Espero que comparta estos dias con su familia y amigos, disfrutando del espíritu generoso de estas festividades.
