The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, or LIHEAP, is a winter assistance program that provides cash grants of $200 to $1000 to help Pennsylvania families pay their heating bills.

• The homebuying process
• How to shop around for the best mortgage
• How to budget for success
• How to access grants for a down payment


For example, Philly First Home offers $10,000 in down payment assistance and can be combined with other programs!

We partner with Community Legal Services of Philadelphia to offer Will Workshops online and in person throughout the city. At our Will Workshop, you'll learn how to write three essential documents:

1. Will
2. Advanced Healthcare Directive
3. Power of Attorney

Afterwards, you can sign up for a free follow-up appointment to finalize these documents and get them notarized!
