Thank you once again for giving the staff at Happy Hounds the opportunity to watch over and love your pup while on vacation this past summer. Happy Hounds had a fantastic, busy, crazy, hairy, wet, slobby and fun summer with your pups. Our National Dog Day Celebration in August was a huge success, especially with dogs and a doggie cake the size of Michigan. With the start of another fall and school season please remember to give the staff your standing reservation dates if they have changed over the summer. You pick any days of the week your pup will attend daycare and no need to call or reserve a spot, they will automatically have a slot to play. Another option will be to make reservations 24 hours in advance via email, phone, or in person.
SALE, SALE, SALE- Fall pooch pass sale will begin on September 13-28th, attached is a copy. Feel free to call in with your order or stop in during our business hours of M-F 7-10am or 2-7pm and S/S 8-5pm to order up your savings on your pups school tuition.

Meet Tray, a Sheltie! Tray joined the Happy Hounds family in January 2008 at the age of 3 years. This lady's man is always on the prowl. When he isn't vocalizing his affection for his favorite lady pup of the day, he's often found napping in front of the fan, with his fuzz blowing in the wind. He's the dog version of Fabio! His part time job at Happy Hounds is keeping us aware of any and all outdoor activities. Whether its pesky kids walking by or conniving squirrels, he keeps the yard safe!
Meet Max, a Wire Fox Terrier! Max joined the Happy Hounds family in January 2008 at the age of 3 years. Don't let his age fool you, Max is always on the go! Max wholeheartedly believes that his one and only life calling is keeping the peace and policing the pups at play. He loves nothing more than chasing the rowdy young'uns and making sure they're not having too much fun. Thanks for always restoring order, Max!!
Meet Otis, a Standard Schnauzer! Otis joined the Happy Hounds family in February 2008 at the age of 3 years. He has one of the sweetest, old souls around. Otis is always in the mood for a good rub down. He's typically found following his favorite staff member of the day, patiently waiting for some lovin'. Once he's acquired a satisfactory amount of love, he's usually found snuggled on the deck with his favorite pooch pal of the day.
Meet Cooper, a Boxer mix! Cooper joined the Happy Hounds family in September 2008 at the age of 4 months. What a handsome lad! Cooper is a huge lady's man. He's always on the prowl for someone to give him an endless supply of pets, love and praise. When he isn't fishing for attention, he's often found licking the faces of all the lady pups at Happy Hounds. What a flirt!!

| The time of the year has come. We're all breaking out the warmer clothes, thicker blankets and putting away the Summer gear. Happy Hounds is ALWAYS accepting donations to make the pups more comfortable. If you have any blankets, comforters, sheets, throw rugs, dog beds and towels of any sizes that you're considering throwing out, feel free to bring them by! All the dogs at Happy Hounds would greatly appreciate having more things to snuggle with. |

 When boarding your dog with us, we MUST have your dogs updated vaccination records 48 hours BEFORE he/she begin boarding. If you are traveling abroad, we also will need a local contact in case of emergency.
Your dog MUST have a snap "quick release" collar for day care and boarding, with no tags attached. You can keep the snap collar in your Happy Hounds backpack. If this is not his/her daily collar we will change it out when your dogs arrive at Happy Hounds. This is important for your dogs safety.
Be sure to inform us of any changes in contact information; phone numbers, email/home address, emergency contact, etc.
