The Women of Distinction are thrilled to announce the much-anticipated return of the Annual Women of Distinction Event in 2025!

This year they are excited to recognize and celebrate acts of kindness under the theme “Serving from the Heart”.

Join Sanibel Captiva Business Women’s Association (SCBWA) on June 24th for their monthly luncheon featuring guest speakers as they provide helpful information on Financial and Estate Planning:

• Jodi Schwartzel, Portfolio Manager

• Carolyn Rogers, Wealth Services Advisor

They will cover the basics of getting your financial and estate affairs in order at any stage of life. SCBWA hopes you will join them for this important and informative discussion surrounding financial planning for women by women!

Summer Arts & Crafts Fair🖼️

Saturday, July 5th

Time: 9 am - 2 pm

Back by popular demand! Join us for a special July 5th Arts & Crafts Fair, featuring 30+ unique and talented vendors!

Local artists and crafters will offer a variety of handmade and homemade wares, like paintings, shell and other crafts, jewelry, glass art, pottery, greeting cards, children’s books, wearable art and more!

Flavored lemonade will be for sale, and J Dubs Chi-Town Dogs will be out front. Grab a delicious Chicago dog and a refreshing lemonade and shop around!🌭🍋🥛

The Arts & Crafts fair will be held indoors.

Free parking & free admission.

F.I.S.H. Friendly Faces Luncheon🍽️

Lunch, prepared by Sanibel Deli, is provided by FISH at no cost to guests.

Shellcrafters-The Originals🐚—Observe the original Sanibel Island Artists at work on Mondays from 10am-1pm.

Join in on the fun, browse and shop for your favorite locally hand crafted items! All sales benefit the operations of the non-profit historical Community House.

A shell crafting class starts at 10am, the class is free, just pay for supplies to create a beautiful shell flower. Approximate Shell Flower Costs: $3-$5/per flower. Your support is greatly appreciated!

Sanibel Hearts❤️—Fridays from 1-3pm. No reservations required, $5 suggested donation. This fun card game is available to all. Beginners are always welcome!
