In keeping with the Chatham Borough July 4th parade tradition, an “Alternative Parade” celebrating Independence Day and honoring our first responders is scheduled to take place on Monday, July 5th at 10:00am. Three separate motorcades of first responder vehicles will follow the routes displayed on the maps below. Residents on the parade route are encouraged to celebrate and honor Borough first responders!



Residents who are not directly on the parade route are encouraged to walk to the nearest intersection to view the parade.

The Fire Department Association will hold its annual flag raising at Reasoner Park ‪on July 5 at 9:15 am.

In honor of America's birthday, Borough Hall will be closed on Monday, July 5. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, July 6 at 8am.
