Fire Restrictions Help Keep Us Safe
Our community generally follows the county fire ban regulations. CLCC may implement a fire ban before the county or keep safety regulations in place after a county ban has been lifted. Our community fire ban notices will be emailed as well as posted throughout. See the link below for county information and a description of ban stages.

Updates About Compactor & Dumpster Space!
The Trash Compactor is out of commission for the next few months. Please use the Dumpsters at the clubhouse. Make sure that you LATCH the Dumpsters each time, so that black bears do not break in. Do not leave any items outside of the Dumpster.
As a reminder, the same rules apply as the compactor! Do not dispose of unauthorized items including furniture, metal and wooden boxes, shelving units, etc. Also, please break down cardboard boxes flat before disposing of them. Having large, unauthorized items inside the Dumpsters fills them quickly and increases the number of times we have to call for a pickup. These additional pickups add up to additional fuel charges and service fees - costing our association, you the homeowners, money that could be used elsewhere. Our cameras are on 24/7. We offer a yearly Slash n' Trash for such items. Please be respectful and follow the regulations.

Clubhouse Pool Reminders
-
Please shower before using the pool or hot tub! Especially if you have recently applied bug spray, lotions, creams, or suntan lotion. Also men - check your swim trunk pockets. This is important! The pool was closed for a couple of weeks this summer due to contamination. The source of this is unknown, but we think it's likely due to excessive lotions/creams or a bottle of lotion in a pocket.
-
Only non-carbonated, non-flavored drinking water is allowed in the pool area. The contamination could have been a beverage that was spilled in the pool!
-
One adult (over 18) is required for each group of six children under age 15. No one under 15 years old is allowed to swim or be in the sauna or hot tub without an adult (over 18 years of age).
- Owners Badge is required to enter the clubhouse.
- There is no lifeguard on duty - therefore homeowners and their guests swim at their own risk.
- For health reasons, children 5 years and younger are strongly recommended to avoid hot tub use.

Permit Process: Step By Step
When considering any upgrades on the exterior of your home, please remember our permit process is in place for the esthetics and orderliness of our community. AppFolio has made the process efficient and in most cases, faster than our old paper method. This also allows our volunteer ARC committee to review simple applications anytime from their computer, which vitally eliminates the long wait times in the past. Remember you can stop by the office if you need assistance. Just remember to bring your AppFolio log-in and password with you. We have attached some very helpful links below.
