“True patriotism springs from a belief in the dignity of the individual, freedom and equality not only for Americans but for all people on earth.”

~ Eleanor Roosevelt

Happy Independence Day!

As we gather with friends and loved ones to celebrate our nation's 249 years, we pause to reflect on the enduring idea of America, one that thousands have given their lives to protect and preserve.

In the United States, we enjoy unparalleled freedoms, guaranteed by our Constitution and Bill of Rights. At every level of government, citizen engagement is what makes this country so great, and it is what continues to sustain the vision the Founders laid out for the country.

Brian, the kids, and I wish you a safe, fun celebration of America!

My best,

~ Sara
