Happy International Women's Day to the accomplished female staff who work to provide high-quality water and wastewater services for our customers.


At Marina Coast Water District women work across all departments from field operations to executive leadership, accounting and engineering, customer service to human resources, and interns working their way through college.

Manage financial operations and track revenue, utility billing, and capital project expenditures, and prepare financial statements, process payroll, maintain fixed asset records (like pipelines and treatment), and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Provide customer service including 24-hour support for emergencies.
