Here's how the Local Home Sales turned out for
the month of June
(as reported by the SmartMLS)

Quick recap : Home sales for June were up for the second month in a row by 49 from last month. The most significant increase was in Darien by almost 50%. Fairfield and Norwalk were also up considerably from last month, but Greenwich, New Canaan, Weston, Westport and Wilton had no notable increase. Sales over $2.0 million were down, accounting for about 8% of all sales and sales below $1.0 million accounted for about 68% which is typical.
