I think we can say that this is the last month of summer. Fall weather will be making its way into our lives. As we begin to settle into our autumnal slowing, take a deep breath and take in what summer had to offer. Think of all the beautiful moments you created and with whom. September 22 is the fall equinox. A time to honor the harvest. Your spiritual harvest of the self love you have given yourself this year.

Fall is always so beautiful with its bursts of color. Warm and vibrant. Breathe that in as well. Relax into that part of you that is eternal and revels in moments like this.
