Happy MWBE WEDNESDAY, HANUKAH, KWAANZA and HOLIDAYS to our Aero-Ba-Soul, Inc. Family, Friends, Clients and Community!

Aero-Ba-Soul, Inc’s CEO Kecia Palmer-Cousins, COO Kevin Cousins and the Aero-Ba-Soul, Inc team hope that everyone is well and staying warm in this

chilly weather! We pray that everyone’s needs, dreams and goals are met and or exceeded! Most of all, we pray good health, wealth, happiness and peace on earth for everyone!   We thank everyone, especially our family, friends, clients and community partners again for their support and love to us in 2024!  Special shout to our parents, our first dreammakers! We love you much! On earth and in heaven!

Thanks for your business, patronage and prayers! Let’s all continue to grow, prosper and thrive in 2025!

We are thankful for the hundreds of MWBES and students that we have worked with in 2024 including minority, women owned businesses, service disabled veteran business owners and small business owners, high school and college students. Special shout out to all the Government Agencies, Corporations and Community Partners that we worked with in 2024 and will continue our working relationship with in 2025. We look forward also to our future clients as well!

Many black business owners like our echo the words of civically engaged, recording artist extraordinaire, Godfather of Soul, James Brown’s song “I Don’t Want Nobody to Give Me Nothing (Open Up the Door, I’ll Get It Myself)”, released in 1969. This song carries a powerful message of independence and self-reliance. Through its lyrics, James Brown expresses his desire for true communication, equal opportunity, and self-determination. He rejects the concept of integration without understanding and demands schools and books that accurately represent his people’s history and culture. The lyrics are a call for self-empowerment, urging individuals to rely on their own talents, intelligence, and hard work rather than depending on others for handouts or sympathy. Brown emphasizes the importance of building a better future for his community, highlighting the need to come together and uplift themselves from within.

I had the pleasure of working with Kecia as my Coach during the MWBE process for NYC, and she was incredibly. I don’t think I would have been able to do it without her guidance and support. Thanks, Kecia for everything!

— Chereese Jervis-Hill

Kecia guided me through the process of getting my NYC and NYS Woman-Owned Business Certification and made the process a breeze! I had tried on my own a couple of times before and abandoned the project — it just seemed too difficult and I didn't understand all the terminology. Thank you Kecia for helping me get these important certifications!
