Conestoga High School Info Session for 8th Grade Parents
All 8th grade parents are invited to attend an information session at Conestoga High School on either Tuesday, May 28th at 7 p.m. or Friday, May 31st at 8:30 a.m. You will hear from Conestoga Principal, Dr. Meisinger, members of the administrative team, Guidance staff and CHS students. The Conestoga school store will be open briefly before both sessions.

Seasons Pizza Grand Re-opening
To Benefit TEMS
It is our last FUNdraiser of the year and we hope to see you there. Come out to Season's Pizza in Wayne on Saturday, June 1st from 11:00AM - 2:00PM for pizza, the Phillie Phanatic, mobile escape room and even more FUN for the whole family. Donations bins will be located at the restaurant and 100% of collected funds will benefit TEMS PTO.

Attention 8th Grade Parents
Baby Picture Deadline Extended til Tuesday!
We are busy preparing for the 8th Grade Recognition Ceremony and need your help to create a
Photo Memory Wall for the kids in the school cafeteria. We are collecting pictures from all current 8th graders.
**Please send in 1 baby picture and 1 current picture of your student
by Tuesday May 28, 2019.
- Please submit a hard copy of each photo - 2x3" in size.
- Note: We might need to crop the picture to fit the display.
- Please write Full Name & Home Room Number on the back of each picture
- All pictures are to be submitted to the school office in an envelope marked: 8th Grade Memory Wall

2019-2020 TEMS PTO Proposed Slate of Officers...
The final PTO meeting of the 2018-2019 school year will be on Wednesday,
June 5 at 9am in the large group room. All are welcome. At this meeting we will vote on next year's budget and the slate of board members. If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to vote on the slate, click here for ballot.

Wednesday, June 10th through Friday, June 21st
If the binder is in good shape - please consider reusing it next year.
A collection box will be available in the front entrance of school.
Please do not send in other types of office supplies like folders, notebooks, or dividers.
The collected waste is mechanically and/or manually separated into metals, fibers, and plastics. Metals are melted so they may be recycled. The fibers (such as paper or wood based products) are recycled or composted. The plastics undergo extrusion and pelletization to be molded into new recycled plastic products.

Important Information from the Transportation Dept.
"Opt-In" Transportation Request forms must be completed for each student attending one of our District School buildings for the upcoming 2019/2020 school year. Attached please find a copy of the
letter and form for everyone to read and understand how the process will work.
You can either submit a hard copy form or complete the request online. There is a link

IMPORTANT Information from the School Nurse:
The PA Department of Health has passed a sun protection measure stating students can self-
apply non-aerosolized FDA approved sunscreen. Parent & students forms (both) must be on file in the nurse's office. Please see the TESD website and the attached link for more detailed information and to print out the parent and student forms.
Forms will also be available in the Nurse's office. If your child will be applying sunscreen for field day or any other day these forms will need to be on file in the nurse's office.
