New York's Equal Rights Amendment will Deprive Parents of their Role
Buffalo News, May 7, 2024
"NYβs ERA provides courts and schools with more power than parents in significant areas. It threatens to deprive parents of crucial opportunities to help their kids navigate the most difficult circumstances their minor child may face; [including] an unplanned pregnancy."
"According to N.Y.βs most recently published vital statistics on abortion over a five-year period, more than 6,000 abortions occur on females 20 years old and younger, on average annually. Thousands of those undergoing these abortions are minors 17 years old and younger."
