Our Special Events Committee works on the following projects each year: The Perry Chamber Annual Meeting, The Perry Dogwood Festival, Freedom Fireworks, Business Battlefield, Perry Restaurant Week, and The Taste of Perry. This is definitely one of the most FUN groups in the Chamber and they are always looking for more people to join!
Why do we do large events? We work hard to raise what we call "non-dues revenue" every year. This enables to keep our dues low enough for a small company to afford (A business with 1-10 employees pays $300 per year). Large events also allow us to provide true marketing value to our sponsors by getting them in front of more than just our membership.
