Restorative Yoga - a Feminine/Yin Practice with Mary

For this month's theme we will explore the feminine or Yin aspects of yoga, from pranayama (breath awareness) to meditation and everything in between.

Price Increase effective June 01, 2023

It's been over 10 years since I've raised my pricing for therapeutic massage. Considering the increase in costs for overhead and supplies as well as the general cost of living, I made the decision to impose a slight increase. The changes are as follows:

One hour Massage - $90*

75 minute Massage - $110*

90 minutes Massage - $130*

Manual Lymph Drainage (45 minutes) - $90*

Reiki/Pranic Healing (Energy Work) - $55

I currently use a "Grounding" pillow case on the leg support during all massage/bodywork sessions which can assist in reducing inflammation in the body and inducing a relaxed state. Check out www.Earthing.com for more information.

In addition, I have added Craniosacral Integration to my CE studies and will be incorporating some of the techniques as well as some new massage "tools" to gently release fascia build up and more effectively relieve tension. I'm excited to share these new techniques with you!

Lastly, I am not in the office May 13-20th as I will be tending to my garden; planting, seeding, harvesting, weeding, mulching and generally smiling and enjoying the plants, flowers and sunshine!
