Cancer treatments, especially treatments leading up to a bone marrow or stem cell transplant affect fertility and reproductive health. What options exist? Our speaker, Kristin N. Smith, Program Manager for Fertility Preservation at Northwestern Medicine will cover this personal and important topic. Where does a survivor go to become educate regarding fertility options such as egg donation, embryo donation and adoption and more? Megan Connolly, a survivor, will share her personal experience. There will also be time for questions.

FREE Stem Cell Transplant Caregiver Support Group Online

Cancer Care is hosting a FREE 15 week online support group geared toward stem cell transplant caregivers. This group provides a safe space to connect with others who have a loved one going through the stem cell transplant process. This group is led by an oncology social worker who provides emotional and practical support.
