Greetings!
Congratulations! You made it through 2020. Ahh. We can all breathe a sigh of relief. We enter this new year with our resolutions and goals and somehow knowing that 2021 is going to be great. We are going to make it great. All of us have learned a lot in 2020.
Many of you are now spending more time at home with your families, so it is a perfect time to do the big clear out of stuff you aren't using. You will see two great articles from the January edition of REAL SIMPLE magazine, included in this month's newsletter. One discusses creating a Zoom room, and the other is a "Less is More," article, offers ideas on how to pare down your household contents to necessities.
The real estate market is absolutely fantastic here on the Treasure Coast in Florida, and we anticipate a strong selling market this year. Mortgage rates are below 3% for residential loans, and there are so many opportunities for investment as well. If you have thought about an investment, or selling your place here, or moving here, please contact us and let us go to work for you.
Are you ready to sell your home? Looking for the perfect property? We look forward to helping you find the perfect property. Stop by our NEW Office located on 800 20th Avenue St Rd 60, Suite #1 Vero Beach , FL 32960, or let us come in your home! We MAKE HOUSE calls every day! Just call 844-MAC-EVOY (622-3869), ext. #1. Priscilla's Tip for Smoothing Caulking Seals
|
|
If you do a caulking job on the window sill or the bathtub, you see how it clumps up and the fact it is so sticky means it sticks to your fingers as you attempt to smooth it. You cannot allow the caulking to dry with lumps or else it will look terrible. The solution is to rub an ice cube on the caulking to smooth it instead of your fingers and it works.
