Quality Control Tips

1} If your shop involves a reimbursement, before finalizing your report, please make sure your reimbursement amounts are entered correctly.
 
  • A reminder that you cannot use dollar signs, the form only accepts numbers and decimals. For example, it should look like 30.00
 
2} When describing employees on your report, please be sensitive, as employees often see the reports. Remarks such as: Race, 'acne on face', 'heavy set/overweight', or 'super skinny/boney' should never be inputted into a report, as they could take offense.
 
  • You can describe them using: Sex, Height, Hair Length, Hair Color, Eye Color, Glasses/No Glasses, Facial Hair/No Facial Hair, Top/Top Color, Bottoms/Bottoms Color, and Shoes.  
Scheduling Tips

1}  If your shop requires you to set up an appointment and are not clear on how to handle by reading the shop overview, please reach out to your scheduler so they can tell you if there are any blocked dates or to see how far out you can make an appointment.
 
2}  If you have an evaluation that requires a few days to evaluate  {For example making a purchase one day and making a return on a completely different day}, make sure to fill out your form as you go. This is so we know you have started the evaluation and you are still in the process of completing it.    
  • Please keep in mind, if you have a shop that requires more than one day to complete, you will receive automated overdue emails. The computer only knows how to read the date tied to the shop. This means, if a shop is not completely finalized by that date, it just knows to send an email, letting you know it's overdue. If you have started to fill your evaluation, we will know you are working on it, and we will not un-assign it.
