Enjoy access to the strength equipment and treadmills at any time that the training facility is open. This allows athletes to minimize the need for an additional “health club” membership. The pre-requisites for this membership are that athletes are currently in or have been in an ASCENT strength training program. 

Monday through Friday 5:30-7:30am, Saturday 6:30am to 12:00pm
and Sunday 7:00am-3:00pm, Special requests for other times can be submitted to

$25.00 per month, on a reoccurring monthly membership

Can cancel at any time, however a 1-month advanced notice of cancellation is required
Strength training is a necessity for an endurance athlete
Sessions start January 8th!
Strength for the Endurance Athlete
A 45-minute 2x/week periodized strength class
Monday & Wednesday AM
Cycle CORE
A 60-minute structured ride followed by a
30-minute core workout.
Monday 5:30-7:00PM
45-minutes of high cadence intervals followed by a 45-minute periodized strength session.
Ongoing MCC Programming
Open Rides
Ride on a road course at your own intensity in a well-venatliated and fun environment!
TRI-Group Training
Half or Full Ironman Distance options, providing race specific training, education, and support.
Junior Training
Cycling and Triathlon emphasis. Includes cycling, run and strength training sessions
