• Facilitated the delivery of more than 5000 face shields to rural hospitals, FQHCs, and clinics

• Sent a delegation of 30 members to meet with Tennessee legislators

• Partnered with United Ways of West Tennessee, TCCY, and Mental Health America of the Midsouth to host virtual events on addiction in the workplace and employee wellness, reaching more than 400 people

• Launched a Lunch & Learn series on topics such as Disability Rights during COVID, Workforce Optimization, COVID-10 Facts vs. Myths and more

• Hosted 22 sessions at 26th annual conference eligible for nursing, social worker, and general CEUs (session replays)

• Launched a new website and learning management system to better serve members and educate the public (more to be developed!)

• Registered more than1800 individuals in above learning events

• Welcomed 507 new and returning individual and organizational members, along with 2 new Gold Sponsors - Integrative Health Centers and ENA.
