The Main Pool Will Be Closed for Resurfacing

The main Lap Pool will be closed for repairs and resurfacing beginning on January 24, 2022.

Due to cracks and delamination, it is necessary to make these repairs for the safety of our residents.

The Association and Board are excited to bring a new and updated look to the pool.

New Amenity Access System Coming!

The amenity center access system will soon be getting an upgrade. You will be able to use your smartphone or a fob to enter the Amenities area. As we begin this transition process you will receive an email with your credentials from Openpath. As we have more information we will continue to communicate with everyone. We expect to go live sometime in February.

The January monthly meeting will take place at the Alamo Ranch Clubhouse and is open to all homeowners.

HOA Assessments Due!

Friendly reminder your HOA Assessments are due before January 31st. 

Payments can be made at the office during normal business hours or can be dropped off in the after-hours drop box if after 5 PM via check, cashier's check, or money order (made out to ARCA).

Make sure to include your account number/ARCA address.

If you have questions regarding your account or need to set up a payment plan, please call the Association Office at 210-740-4976.

Friendly Reminders!

Holiday Decorations
Please make sure that your holiday decorations have been taken down and stored away by Sunday, January 16!

The Compliance Coordinator will be driving the neighborhoods to address decorations.

Modification Applications
All homeowners are required to submit an ACC Request for approval before any additions are added to the home. You can find the Modification Application form on our website at www.myalamoranchcommunity.com under documents and forms or you may pick one up at the office.

*Please note that once your application is submitted, the ARC has up to 60 days to make a decision. The Association Office will not have a response from the ARC for at least a week, once submitted.
