Yin Yoga and Soul Collage

Join Mimm for an afternoon of yin yoga and an introduction to the
Soul Collage process. Give form to your deepest intuition. Open the heart, the body and the mind while soothing the soul. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. All Soul Collage materials will be provided.

Leslie Howard's Pelvic Floor Workshop

This 2-day, 6 hour workshop begins with an anatomic overview including descriptions, drawings, handouts, and identification of the pelvic floor muscles. We will explore a series of specific exercises for self-discovery, including both physical poses and breath work exercises to increase the flexibility, strength, and coordination of each of the pelvic functions.

Yoga for Healthy Aging Weekend Intensive

Baxter Bell, MD, co-author of the book  Yoga for Healthy Aging & co-creator of the blog of the same shares with our community his insights on yoga and the aging process. He will present the scientific background that explains how and why yoga works to foster healthy aging. He’ll teach essential yoga poses, yoga sequences, and other practices that will set you in motion for a lifetime of practice.
