Dear team,

We’re making great progress toward a significant goal! By completing our training assignments on time (by January 15th), we’ll be able to secure a valuable rebate from the WSIB through the Safety Excellence Program—an achievement we can all celebrate.

Currently, there are 100 overdue training assignments that must be completed no later than January 15, 2025. Please check your personal Citation Canada account - found on the staff resources page.

A huge thank-you to everyone who has already completed theirs—you’re helping us get closer to the finish line! Let’s keep up the momentum and achieve this together.

Health Benefit Provider Change - For all members of our current benefits plan, you should have received an email on Monday December 30th to enroll with our new provider. We’re excited to welcome you to GroupHEALTH! To make the transition smooth, keep these important dates in mind:

✅ Enrolment Period Open from December 30th - January 6th. It takes less than 10 minutes and it is all done online.

✅ Email is from GroupHEALTH Enrol-ME Online - check your spam folder.

✅ Target date for welcome communications and member portal access: January 9th.

• To ensure timely access to your new benefits and avoid delays, please complete your enrolment before this date.

Your prompt action helps us stay on track for a seamless transition!

Mask fit test will be on January 6, 2025 in the boardroom. Please sign up in the nurses station or the board outside Claudia's office.
