Happy New Year! While we are still enjoying winter storage crops like parsnips, and potatoes, from here on out the bags will be filled with more frozen and prepared items until spring. This week the bags feature Cheese and Potato Pierogies. To prepare simply boil frozen pierogies in salted water for 3 minutes then drain and sauté with plenty of onions and butter. See our recipe on the side of the carton.
If you are celebrating New Years in the traditional German way we have sauerkraut and green onion bratwurst in the bags. If you are looking for something a for the slow cooker, pork roasts are on sale on the website.
