Beginning January 17, 2022 Showing Agents will no longer have the ability to open a SentriLock lockbox with their SentriCard®.

Member Benefit CE from Indiana Association of REALTORS® & RECP
Members of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® (this is you!) receive a 12-hour online continuing education package each year at no additional cost. The package will come from IAR’s school, the Real Estate Certification Program (RECP), and will fulfill both Broker and Managing Broker CE requirements from the state of Indiana. This year (2020-2021), the package will also include the Code of Ethics training hours required by the National Association of REALTORS®. Ethics training is due by December 31, 2021, and every three years thereafter. IAR/RECP plan to include ethics training in the annual CE package often enough so that members always have a one-stop option for their education.

  • December 1 - 31, 2021 - $50 late fee applied to 2022 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments
  • December 31, 2021 - Affiliate 2022 Dues Deadline
  • January 1, 2022 - Unpaid members are terminated
  • January 1 - 15, 2022 - $100 reinstatement fee applied to 2022 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments
Dues can be paid by check or credit card. Pay online through member account or emailed invoice by a credit card or electronic check. Checks are accepted by mail or in-person (drop box located to left of front door). Dues and late fees are non-refundable once paid.
