Learn to Draw Seashells


In a pre-recorded video, Pop up Art School will guide you with step-by-step instructions to create intricate, beautiful seashells. Watch on your own time and complete at your own pace! Access to the video will be available through 1/16 and you can watch as many times as you'd like during that time period!

We are delighted to acknowledge the support of several community partners during the renovation of the lower level at the library. This month, we are continuing to hold teen/tween programs in three offsite locations.

This winter, our high school book club, Between the Lines, will meet monthly at Galaray House, a cafe and art gallery located at 1720 Mass. Ave.

Munroe Center for the Arts


Our Teen Library Leadership Council will hold its monthly meetings at Munroe Center for the Arts at 1403 Mass Ave. Munroe was converted into a community arts center in 1984 and houses both studios for working artists and four creative educational programs.

This month, we will hold a 3-session D&D campaign for teens at Omar's, our local comics and gaming store located at 20 Waltham St. Our monthly Teen Crafternoons will also take place there in their fun space.
