I am grateful for the talent, enthusiasm, flexibility and help that the Kids Yoga teachers offer! If you haven't met these OHMazing women, please read a bit about them. Jen subs for me all over the Park City School District and Aimee is teaching the after school classes at Weilenmann School of Discovery this Winter!

Jen Winstead has been guiding others toward experiencing Yoga in everything they we do since 2015. Building bridges to self-love, stepping into the flow of grace and expanding into all that we already are is what Jen brings to her Kids Yoga students. She believes that yoga provides the movement and play kids need to learn mindfulness strategies that they can use in school and life. 200 hour Certified Anusara School of Hatha Yoga.
Certified 200 Vinyasa Flow.
Aimee Preston originally came to yoga to relieve back injuries incurred through years of elite level gymnastics and found much more balance in the process. She received a BS in Exercise Physiology and MS in Sports Administration from the University of Utah. She was a Sports Manager for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games and is locally known for her work as the former Executive Director of the Youth Sports Alliance (YSA). Through the YSA she channeled her knowledge of sports and fundraising to grow the “Get Out & Play” after school and competitive winter sports programs, which currently serve over 2200 youth per year. She recently completed a 20 hour “Yoga in Schools” teacher training through Yoginos and is currently taking a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Assets (Yoga Alliance RYS). She believes that learning the tools of yoga at a young age will help kids to manage the connections between mind and body, which will serve them well throughout their lives. Aimee is married with three teenage kids and has been skiing, hiking, and biking Park City trails for the last 15 years.
