Dedication #147 will be January 29th!
On Saturday, January 29th, we are welcoming Gay Htoo, Seh Neh Ku, and their four children into their new Habitat home.

The dedication will be streamed LIVE at https://fb.me/e/24PYZ8fy5 starting at noon.

An outdoor gathering of family, friends and Habitat staff/volunteers will celebrate with the family. If you are concerned about your safety but would like to show your support and join us, please drive by the home on Saturday.

The address is 208 S Cedar Ave., Pasco, WA.

What A Year 2021 Was!
Walla Walla Valley Giving Guide
Thank you to everyone that gave through the 2021 Valley Giving Guide! Because of your support and belief in our mission, we raised $6,261 to support Habitat TCP's work ensuring that all residents of Walla Walla County have the opportunity for a decent, affordable place to live.
Construction
Tri-Cities
Cedar Ave Lot #9 – The floor has been finished and cabinets are set as we enter the New Year. We will concentrate on the finish work inside and out in January, making it the first home to be completed in 2022. Dedication is scheduled for January 29th.
Cedar Ave Lot #7 – Sub-contractors completed their rough work inside this home in December, setting the stage for insulation and drywall installation. We plan to dedicate 212 Cedar on March 19th.
Alvina St Lot #7 – The roof is on and windows are expected soon for this first home in our Alvina Street project. This home is expected to be complete in April.
Alvina St Lot #6 – Tri-Tech will start 2022 by installing the trusses, then move on to windows and siding. We are planning to finish this home in late May.
Alvina St Lots #4 & 5 – We will install the underground plumbing and pour these slab foundations in January. Tri-Tech will start framing these two homes soon, as we aim for completion dates this summer.

Located in the back of the building at 309 Wellsian Way, Richland 99352. Drive up to the white fence, ring the doorbell, and we'll be right out. ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR ACCEPTANCE.

Please fill out our online pick-up request form or call 509-943-0222 to leave a message with details about your items and your contact information. We will call you to schedule. Please have the items in the driveway, curb, or easily accessible in the garage during your scheduled pick-up time.
