In yoga practice, we learn to unite contrasting feelings and experiences. For example, we create stability and ease as we develop the sensitivity to effortlessly maintain our focus. As a play of oppositions, yoga teaches us to use our body, breath and mind to root as we expand.

The more we experience the plays of opposition, the more the beauty of the practice reveals itself.

mindful movement, meditation, and relaxation.


Explore new ways to move and improve your energy, release tension and stress, and hit the reset button so you can approach the new year with a sense of enhanced clarity, connection, and renewed purpose.


Your four hour experience will include:

• Gentle warming Yoga & Qigong;

• Guided discussion & journaling to explore the concept of limiting beliefs, the impact on our mental health and how to compassionately acknowledge & move through them;

• Somatic Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Experience;

• Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)


Gentle Warming Yoga & Qigong:

During this practice we will set the tone for our afternoon of retreat with movement and breathwork to support stability, release blockages, awaken internal energy, and cultivate a sense of play and light-heartedness.


Somatic Yin Yoga & Sound Healing:

Experience the profoundly releasing combination of Somatic Yin Yoga and vibrational sounds. As you hold Yin poses to stimulate certain energy meridians, you will receive sound healing to boost the movement of energy throughout the body.


Yoga Nidra:

Experience a deep state of relaxation through a guided meditation that focuses on body awareness and beautiful imagery. Yoga Nidra reduces stress, anxiety, improves sleep, and puts the body into rest and digest mode where it can relax and heal.
