Interested in establishing a local Support Group?
Support groups provide an invaluable service to patients. Meetings represent a forum for patients, their caregivers, friends and families to gain information, emotional support, share common experiences and learn more about their conditions. The most successful groups are ran through a partnership between patients/caregivers and medical professional.

If you are interested in starting a Patient Support Group in your area,
please email Sharonica at [email protected]
