The consistency, dedication, and care you’ve built into your fitness and wellness routines over time have created a strong foundation, and it shows. You’ve done the work, found your rhythm, and made movement and self-care part of your life—and that’s something to be incredibly proud of.
This time of year, so many people are just beginning their journey. If you know someone who’s been saying “I’ll start in January,” I encourage you to reach out, invite them in, and remind them they don’t have to do it alone.
