Time to get moving with Special Olympics Ontario!

Kick start 2021 and Reveal Your Champion! This one (1) year at home sport program that will help you to become stronger, reach further, jump higher, and go longer in and out of competition.

Our daily practices will be focusing on: Strength and Agility Training, Speed and Power Workouts, Flexibility and Wellness activities, and weekly challenges.

Together, over 1,500 participants in 30 weeks walked a total of over 180,000 KM around the world! Congratulations! With your help, we achieved our goal and have officially visited every country in the world with a Special Olympics program.

Interactive Webinar On How To Use MyPAHL
On Thursday, January 14 we will be hosting two webinars.
Both webinars will be the same just different times.


This webinar will review the following:
  • How to register for MyPAHL
  • How to take the Health Risk Assessment Questionnaire
  • How to activate your personalized Action Plan
  • How to add and use Trackers (sleep, hydration, fruits and veggies etc.)
  • How to sync your FitBit or other wearable device
  • How to bid on items in the Rewards Store and more!

Tip: If you are able, bring along a second device like a phone or tablet with internet access so that you can access MyPAHL during the webinar (not mandatory).
Healthy Athletes Course
Covering six (6) health promotion topics for athletes including: Sun Safety, Personal Hygiene, Hydration, Healthy Eating (including how to do this on a budget!), Exercise and Smoking.

Athletes strive to be healthy on a daily basis. But what does “being healthy” really mean? There are many parts that make someone healthy and that is exactly what this course, will show you. Each lesson has a simple pre quiz and a post quiz and educational video with pictures, games and activities. 


If you complete the all six (6) modules you receive a Healthy Athletes Certificate!
