Happy New Year!

I hope 2025 blesses each of you with health, prosperity, joy and peace. With 2024 behind us, I want to thank you again for your support and belief in the work that we have collectively done. At CHA, we are super excited to welcome a new year with greater intent, a bigger vision, exciting goals, and building new partnerships while strengthening existing ones.

Last year we established many critical new partnerships with NGOs and like-minded corporations that are deeply committed to the betterment and growth of our communities. The results of our collaborations spoke for themselves and we look forward to unfolding how these partnerships will ignite transformational change in our communities. We are equally excited to create new connections that will elevate our good work to new heights for deeper impact.

Our vision of success for this new year is to build, expand, and transform what we’ve built thus far at CHA:

• Build: Have greater focus and intent on how to best build upon our existing partnerships to yield greater impact on the communities we serve. This impact should not only be sustainable, but it should encompass bringing together various identity sectors including multi-racial, intergenerational and cross-sector affiliations.
• Expand: Identify larger corporations whose Strategic Plan includes the betterment of our overlooked communities. This goal is about being more intentional about expanding our partnerships with entities who remain deeply committed to DEIB and have identified this as a top priority.
• Transform: Create sustainable transformational change that will cut across generations, and political affiliations to drive change and elevate our communities. Our work is about instilling change and cultivating communities of power, equity, growth, confidence, love and respect.
