Greetings!

We hope you are enjoying the holidays with your family, and enjoyed some time together playing in the snow that made for a merry little white Christmas Day this year!

We are excited to bring in the New Year with some great news that the Central Okanagan Early Years Partnership will be hosting another Story Walk to recognize Family Literacy Day (Jan. 27). Our Family Literacy Day Story Walk will be hosted over two weekends (Jan. 22 - Feb. 1) in various parks around the Central Okanagan. Check back in to our Story Walk Page on January 11 for an update list of parks and books. Also in January, the Childcare Council of the Central Okanagan will be hosting a Childcare Solutions Workshop on Zoom on Jan. 20 to connect with community, business and childcare partners to help us strategize how we can best recruit and retain early childhood educators in our community.
