Hello everyone! As we stand on the brink of a new year, I want take a moment to reflect on an incredible journey we have shared in this gym. Each of you has shown dedication, perseverance, and strength. I couldn't be prouder of our community.


As we prepare to welcome the new year I encourage you to set attainable fitness goals. Remember every great achievement starts with a decision to try. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, improve endurance, mobility, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle, this is a good time to commit to yourself.

LUNCH WITH ERIK OF BRUSCHETTA

I come to Club 100 to talk to Eufay about Forty Niner football. I have also made it a priority to train my functional fitness, I do mobility with Trainer Nikki weekly. I love the gym because it has all the equipment I need and it's such a close proximity to Bruschetta.


I made the move from San Francisco to Tahoe, and opened the new Italian restaurant right around the corner from Club 100. We have now been open for almost a year - Bruschetta!


At Bruschetta, we take pride in serving fresh ingredients, homemade pasta, unique craft cocktails and a selection of the finest wines. Recently we began serving lunch 11-2, brunch on the weekends, and wine specials.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT WITH JULEE

I am passionate about fitness. I enjoy bringing people together on their mats in an environment where together we grow stronger, physically and mentally. Personally, some of my closest friends have been made through fitness classes.

Studies show that a fitness class provides an array of benefits, Including but not limited to, accountability (sign up in advance) motivation of like minded peers (showing up), group fitness also offers variety, from Spin, Strength, Pilates, Yoga, and Baby Bootcamp. Group fitness offers a structured environment to keep you safe from injury. My sessions create a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals of all levels feel confident and inspired. 


When I am not practicing yoga, I love my strength training workouts with Eufay, twice a week.


I believe in the power of community, and bringing people together to encourage and motivate each other. In my sessions you will be guided through mindful movement that will deepen your connection to your body and your breath. Our practice together will offer you the opportunity to nurture, strengthen and support your mind and body.


If you are looking to try new things, meet amazing people, and embark on a journey that will transform you from the inside out – my sessions are the perfect place to start.

A NEW TAKE ON GROUP FITNESS CLASS

We have made changes to the pricing structure for our group fitness class offerings. The new rates for class begin February 1, 2025.


  • $20 Class for drop-in
  • $19 Class / 5 pack = $95 Total (2 Month Expiration)
  • $18 Class / 10 pack = $180 Total (3 Month Expiration)
  • Unlimited Pass = $149 monthly (1x Month Autopay)


  • Once you use your 5th or 10th class from your pack, the system will automatically renew your class pack when you book your next class.
  • Class duration is 55 minutes. Giving 5 minutes in between classes that are back to back.

MEET ANNIE

Annie joined the Club 100 staff recently. She was raised in South Lake Tahoe, where she played three years of college soccer – two at LTCC, then moving on to play another year at University of Hawaii at Hilo.


Annie graduated with a double major in Psychology and International Business. After college, she spent a few years in Seattle, WA before moving back home to Tahoe. If you see Annie, welcome her to the staff.
