HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM MONTY & RAMIREZ LLP
Greetings from M&R – 21 years and counting!
The beginning of a new year always comes with a lot of promise. Many of us resolve to make small or big changes in our lives – to eat healthier, to save more, to invest our time and resources better – just to name a few. This exciting time of the year is also a great opportunity to make sure your family immigration affairs are in order. At Monty & Ramirez LLP, we recommend spending some time during the first few months of the year reviewing and updating family immigration legal matters. Whether that includes confirming important renewal dates, submitting government-required forms in a timely fashion, or keeping up with any immigration updates.

To help, we offer free monthly seminars to share the latest legislative updates and any changes. Call us for more details and to sign up at 713-289-4546.

Monty & Ramirez LLP is celebrating 21 years in 2019! We started as a small practice with a small team, but with a very big commitment to serving our community.

That commitment has not wavered.

Today, we are 14 attorneys strong, with a track record of providing effective and trustworthy legal representation to each one of our clients. We take pride in our work, and are excited to commemorate our 21st anniversary in 2019!
Free Monthly Immigration Seminars

Our Immigration Seminars are entirely free for families and individuals looking to adjust their immigration status through marriage or through eligible family petitions. During these twice-monthly immigration seminars, our attorneys discuss the latest changes in immigration law happening in the United States, eligibility for special visas like the U-Visa, next steps to citizenship, and more.

Those who register for our free immigration seminars also have the opportunity to meet with one of our attorneys to receive a same-day, free consultation. It’s a great way to get to know our team !

The dates for our next upcoming seminars are below:

Come and learn about the new laws that we expect to take effect in 2019, like the new laws regarding what is considered a “public charge”, as well other immigration challenges regarding the uncertain future of recipients of DACA, and TPS; additional requirements to apply asylum; long delays in immigration court and more.
